Commercial cleaning is not charged as a flat rate per square metre; area, frequency, and usage class all matter. The following values are non-binding guidance figures - the binding fixed price always follows the free site survey.

A connected office area is less expensive per square metre to clean than many small rooms with separate sanitary areas. The floor plan and accessibility directly affect the time required.

Cleaning Frequency

Daily cleaning, several times a week, or every two weeks: frequency determines how much dirt accumulates and how much time each visit takes. Regular intervals are more efficient than infrequent deep cleans.

Usage Class and Special Requirements

Sanitary areas, kitchens, and sensitive zones require more effort and sometimes disinfection based on RKI-oriented requirements. Glass cleaning and deep cleaning are also calculated as separate services.

Contract Model
